Ingredients:
- Sesame seeds - 1 cup
- Jaggery powder/grated - 3/4 cup
- Milk - 1tsp
Method:
- Dry roast sesame seeds till light brown and let them cool completely.
- Keep 1tbsp of roasted sesame seeds aside and add the remaining seeds along with jaggery powder into a blender and make as coarse powder.
- Take this mixture in to a bowl, now add 1tbsp of roasted seeds that we kept aside in the previous step and 1tsp of milk to it. Mix well and make as a round balls. Sesame seeds laddu is ready to serve.
Tip:
- You can also add roasted oats and dry fruits like almonds & cashews to make it more healthy.
